    7:00 - 8:30 Review an edited version of your favorite shot taken at the May meeting. I will have my computer connected to the big screen and Photoshop Elements V7 will be available.
    I will bring a Compact Flash reader and the computer has an SD slot + a DVD player. Plan to use my computer and Photoshop to "walk through" the steps you took to edit/enhance your photo. 

    This will be the last meeting until September. There will be no October meeting, as I will be somewhere between the Pacific coast and Rochester from Sept 15 to Nov 1.

    Demonstration of the application of the latest equipment to "color correct" the very nice monitor in our meeting room.

    If you have a photo with a problem that you would like to resolve, but don't quite know how to deal with it, bring it to class (CD or USB memory stick or SD card) and we will "walk through" the process to fix it.

    I would be pleased to demonstrate the use of selection techniques and application of layers on photos that you may have. Bring the file to class, either on a CD, a compact flash card, or a flash memory stick that will plug in to a USB port.  "As shot" file from your camera or scanner is preferred.

    The focus will be on understanding the most common uses of layers and how layers interact with each other.  Selection techniques will depend somewhat on the file that we are working with, but will include applying the marquee, lasso and magic wand tools.
